Two full bathrooms and a powder room on the main level freshly stocked with clean towels and great WiFi throughout!

We love American Fork because it is the central location for Utah Valley! We are only 20 minutes from Provo, 35 minutes to Sundance, 40 minutes to Salt Lake Airport, 60 minutes from Park City and we're only 2 minutes off the 15 freeway! Thanksgiving Point and The Outlets at Traverse Mtn are local hot spots that are just a 10 minute drive. We have hundreds of YELP worthy local eateries and tons of shopping located near our home. Summary: My family and I stayed at this place for four days. It’s a beautiful home very spacious had everything we needed and more brought our dogs and they love the backyard. We’ll stay here again. The host was very friendly and responsive to everything that we asked for couldn’t have asked for a better host

Summary: Our family of six adults spent a weekend at this home. We had plenty of space to gather in the large kitchen and living area. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The weather was snowy when we were there, so having a garage was wonderful. The full-sized washer and dryer were also a bonus. The property is conveniently located with easy access to the freeway, State street, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Came up from Texas for a wedding. This house was the perfect place for a base of operations. Easy to get to I-15 and to just about anywhere in Happy Valley. Kitchen had everything needed and plenty of room to spread out. What a treat!

Summary: The property was very clean and comfortable. Check-in process was very easy with the app. Owners responded with any concerns very quickly. There was a light that was flickering and a hinge on a cabinet that was broken which I reported and the response was super fast. They had maintenance over the same day to repair it...amazing!!! Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans etc. Location of the property only a couple of minutes from I-15. The fenced-in backyard was great for the dogs to roam, play and do their business :) Such a relaxing stay....definitely would recommend and stay here again!!!!

Summary: We were on a house hunting trip as we are moving to the area and this house was a great hub for all of the different areas. The bedrooms were great, clean and comfortable beds. Ceiling fans were helpful for the abnormally hot October. The main level was incredible, large kitchen island had us gathered around it almost all the time. Thanks for the great stay!

Summary: From the initial communication thru check out, the entire process was great. The house is in an awesome location and a great place to stay for me and my family. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable too. There is a lot of space inside and a yard as well. The description of the house and amenities were accurate!
