Enjoy this immaculate, newly painted home available for weekend, weekly or monthly rentals. Perfect for snowbirds and weekend getaways! This home is fully furnished with all the amenities, large kitchen, fireplace, tile and wood flooring throughout, equipped with ceiling fans in each room, 2 car garage, washer and dryer, water softener, back yard perfect for entertaining with bbq.
Built in 1994, 1254 sq ft. On a 5000 sq ft lot.

New wood flooring in the bedrooms and tile throughout the rest of the house.
Easy access to the 40 fwy and less than 5 minutes to Jack Smith launch ramp. Less than 15 minutes to Avi Casino and less than 30 minutes to Laughlin. Close to Lake Mohave and Lake Havasu.
Winter months require a 4 month minimum.
There will be a $500 fee charged for violation of our pet-free policy for deep cleaning and sanitation services.

Summary: We stayed for a month and really enjoyed the house. The place was clean and comfortable. Close to the river and the marsh, only 15 miles south of Bullhead City. The hosts were great to communicate with. We would highly recommend this property.
