Summary: IT was great. Very nice welcome very nice and gentle owners. They gave us a welcoming array of products , like self made cake, shampoo, soap, toastbread, washing and dish machine capsules, white wine. We couldn't find the microwave( but didn't ask) and the bell tower is really close. Would do it again without hesitation.

Summary: The appartment was fine and well equipped, and we had a nice terrace outside. But to reach that first floor we had to climb a narrow, circular staircase. I have some trouble walking and I could not get my luggage up or down. Luckily my wife could.

Summary: Our 5 day stay In this absolutely wonderful apartment was more than we could have asked for. We felt so at home and so comfortable. The apartment is in such a great part of old world Prichsenstadt, so close to all the restaurants and bakeries and butcheries. We were lucky to be there when the Night Watchman took us on a tour of the town at night explaining everything, so interesting. We were able to travel to Rothenburg to attend the Christmas Market, another old world city with a wall and moat around it as is Prichsenstadt. The people and shop keepers and restaurant owners in these two awesome places were so friendly and so proud of their cities. What an incredible experience to be in both places in this build up to Christmas Season, city looks so quaint and beautiful with gentle Christmas lighting, such amazing character, nothing beats a beautiful old world experience. And extremely safe to walk around at night, coming from South Africa, this meant so much to us. If the opportunity arises for us to visit in Bavaria again, we will without a doubt apply to stay once again at the Amazing comfortable Apartment, and will definitely be referring it to anyone we know who may be travelling in that area. Thank you once again for the opportunity for us to stay and enjoy the beautiful little town and surrounds. This is a very unique and special place, in a lovely quiet part of town, and we were also so blessed to hear the beautiful Tower Bells every day, absolutely incredible experience. I would say this is a little piece of paradise.

Summary: We stayed in this apartment for a week and had a very nice stay. The apartment is well-equipped and has been renovated to a high standard. Prichsenstadt is very small, but has two butchers, two bakeries, wineshops and several excellent restaurants. The location makes it easy to visit nearby towns such as Würzburg, Bamberg, Nürnberg etc. We travelled with children, and they loved the indoor and outdoor pool at Geomaris in Gerolzhofen 10 minutes away. Communication with the home owner went smoothly , and the couple responsible for handing over the keys and answering practical questions was very friendly. They had bought basic supplies, which was most welcome. We can warmly recommend this apartment.

Summary: The entrance to the apartment is situated on the first floor where also the terrace is located. A second bedroom is located upstairs. The stairs to this bedroom are not suitable for young children. The interior of the apartment is new. We stayed - 2 adults and 2 children (12 year) - in this beautiful apartment for one week at the end of April. Upon arrival we were very surprised to find a filled fruit basket and also the fridge was filled with food and drinks (butter, marmalade, eggs, toast, wine and soda). We never encountered this before. The housekeepers are very friendly and available for questions. The apartment is situated in a quiet street. Restaurants, butcher, bakery, asparagus sales and wine shops are just around the corner. Outlet shopping centre (Wertheim), Würzburg, Bamberg and Nürnberg are about one 30 - 50 minute driving distance. Also the swimming paradise (Freizeitbad Atlantis) is not far away in Herzogenaurach. Nearby one can make walking trips in the area Steigerwald. Despite the cold weather we very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Prichsenstadt. We will come back again for sure.

Summary: One week stay over the Christmas holiday was outstanding! Flat is newly remodeled, wonderfully kept, and has all new furniture. Owners were nearby and could not have been more helpful or accommodating. The apartment itself is well sized, with a brand new kitchen which was well equipped, and easy walking distance to local merchants - butcher & baker - as well as a handful of restaurants. The local village could not have been more picturesque, and at Christmas time was simply magical for evening strolls.
