Summary: Eben was really responsive. Check in and access was great. Apartment is downstairs and has an additionsl apartment above and another beside. Was generally clean and tidy. Is a 'do up'. Bench in the kitchen could do with a shampoo. First night was great and then guests moved in upstairs. They were incredibly loud and smoked so we're up and down countless times by the spinning stairs and shared front door. We messaged Eben who advised them but sadly didn't make any difference. This really marred our stay. This is not the fault of the owner. Walls thin so we could hear every conversation they had. Woke us up early every day and left their cigarette butts at the front door!

Summary: The house was exactly as described and the bed was amazing which was a nice surprise. Eben is quick to respond to any questions, and we met him when he was there taking care of the yard. He is a really nice person who goes out of his way to ensure you are comfortable. This is a multi-unit property and also very quiet, we never really heard our neighbors. There's a nice neighborhood to walk the dogs with a nice park nearby (I believe a retirement community). I would highly recommend this location and I will stay again on my next visit to the Boston area.
