Positive: Convenient location if attending an event at Bolton arena Spotlessly clean Spacious Owner was very responsive and provided restaurant recommendations when I enquired

Negative: There was no hand soap or hand towel in the bathroom Sofa in the living room a little fragile, requires repairing- loose screws in back

Positive: Very central Easy parking Very clean obviously newly renovated

Negative: The bed layout was very strange, 2 single beds lost in a huge room whilst a double squeezed in next to a wall in the smaller room. The matresses were very soft and overall uncomfortable, the pillows were far too thin (obviously personal.choice). The sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable as a sofa i thought the back was going to break off. Also the house sleeps 6 yet the sitting room only had seating for 3, no good for a family. As the house is on a very busy main road it is impossible to leave the windows open to sleep comfortably so would suggest a fan in the main bedroom. Would have been a good idea to add USB sockets when renovating as many tech items no longer have plugs with chargers.

Positive: We stayed at this beautiful spacious home, modern interior, and very clean property with all the facilities you need for a family. Parking is a bonus! It's really good value for money. Convenient access to nearby town, etc. Will definitely stay again when we visit our family again. Thank you to the host who communicated regularly with information and warm welcome!

Negative: Though comfortable as it is, some of us would prefer firm pillows and cotton Bedding.
