City Life Apartment Melbourne is a two-bedroom self-contained apartment located in the heart of South Bank on the 28th floor with beautiful city views and is in a perfect position when visiting Melbourne for work or major sporting and entertainment events. You will have access to the building's shared gym, sauna, and indoor pool. City Life Apartment is our special spot, we ask that you respect the apartment and the other residents. This is not a party place!

There are 3 secure car parking buildings within 1 minute's walk of the property.
1. Secure Parking 522 Flinders Lane Car Park, you can park hourly however they have an overnight flat rate of $18-$20 depending on the day. You can pre-book your parking on their website to ensure a spot.
2. Care Park - Northbank Place 55 Flinders Street Melbourne. Entry and exit both via Spencer Street & Norval Place. They have affordable hours/daily rates anywhere between $10-$25
3. E Park - This is located on Flinders Street near the bridge. You use the EasyPark App to start and stop your parking.
