Fully furnished to a high standard, in a great location and is only a few minutes walk to the shops , bars and delightful beach bars of Palomares.
The property has 2 bedrooms, with all facilities within a quiet urbanisation. Fully equipped with WIFI , TV in lounge 46 LCD, Ceiling fans with remote control, fully installed kitchen which includes full sized intergrated fan assisted oven, electric easy to clean hob, full size fridge with freezer top, microwave, toaster , kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Bread bin all cooking utensils ,Pans required to cook any meals.
All rooms have interlinked fully fitted Samsung air conditioning with touch pad control for perfect required temperature.
Main Bedroom has been fitted with sliding wardrobes, a dressing area / desk with chair ample sockets and a 32 inch LCD TV.
There is a single bed within the 2nd bedroom and a sofa chair that folds into a single bed that can be used in any room you wish.
Palomares is a traditional delightful village that has an abundance of facilities including a bank ,chemist many bars resturants, supermarkets and a ferreteria to name a few.
