New furniture and everything else is new too. Spacious white and bright kitchen open to dining and great room for lounging and entertaining. Bedroom one is a beach queen themed and has a full bath right beside. Enter the king-sized master bedroom through double doors. Large Television included and picture window look onto the private backyard. The en-suite master bath has double sinks and a walk-in shower. Attached is a massive walk in closet, easy living for two. Summary: The house was lovely and very conveniently located to the community Recreation center. The neighbors were very helpful and friendly. The tile floors needed a good steam cleaning. We would stay there again. The Elite Staff was very prompt with answering any questions that we had.

Summary: Great property - loved 55+ vibe! Unit is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a garage, full size fridge; washer / dryer (careful using dryer - our close got hot to the touch); cooking utensils. Unit could sleep as many as 4 comfortably. Management company is excellent and communicate clearly and promptly. Nice clubhouse with pool and exercise facility only a short walk from unit. Also about 2 mins away from a Kroger grocery store. Only downside is it is in South Chandler which equates to a minimum of 25 min drive to good hiking trails.

Summary: We were very satisfied with our visit. We would book the property again. The only negative was that the floors were dirty. Walk around the house and your feet or socks were black.
