Positive: The cottage was located in the most perfect area . It was so clean you could have eaten off of the floor. It has absolutely everything that you require. The main thing is that I felt very very safe inside of this property. Thank you Rebecca for making my stay in Leicester so lovely.

Positive: The cottage was really what we needed and beyond. It really felt like a home, which is rare to find these days. The attention for details was exceptional (there's even a little sowing kit, which was so handy as one of our clothe ripped on a wedding day !). Our dog enjoyed the little treats offered (dog bowls and a leash was also provided !). The kitchen has everything you need to cook homely meals. The beddings were very comfortable. As well as great heating system and wifi throughout the house. Regarding parking, we managed to find quite easily a street away some free parking. Lidl is also a walking distance away.

Positive: Perfect little property for me to propose to my now fiance. Very clean, very comfortable and in a nice location. Could benefit from a hand rail on the stairs but other than that it is perfect. We would definitely consider another visit

Negative: Very noisy, high speed road (officially 30mph, but like a motorway on Saturday night) Stairs could be tricky if you have mobility issues

Positive: This was our second visit to this lovely home. It was just like I remembered it. Everything was perfect, warm and welcoming. The area is great, and the Chinese across the road was delicious. Thank you for making our stay a pleasurable one. We will definitely be returning in the near future.

Positive: Very cozy cottage with all necessities. More so than expected, with many nice details like providing slippers, hot water bottles and hand creme. Also a few plaids which we needed during the cold weather. Every room was immaculately clean which absolutely is a big bonus. It felt like home.

Negative: It would be nice to have a book with information about the house and surroundings. The information in the Booking messages is only read by the person who does the bookings. Also we find it nice to be able to quickly look up some information.

Positive: This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we love it. the area is wonderful and very friendly, the kitchen is very well stocked enough we were able to do a roast dinner on New Year’s Day with ease. The hosts are also amazing. We will definitely stay again

Positive: It was a nice clean house.

Negative: It is convenient when there is a parking closer by and what was really bad was the stairs going up and down. It is very steep and dangerous and if you are not careful, you can fall down. That is not acceptable.
