Positive: Very clean and spacious. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. The area has quite an 'arty' feel to it. Independent shops including a fantastic art gallery 'Ellerington Fine Art'. Lots of eating places including some artisan bakeries Leicester city centre is only a short bus or taxi ride away. The host is low key, but available if needed, replied to any queries promptly.

Negative: Side lights needed in all rooms for more relaxing low level lighting in the evening and in the bedrooms. A clothes airer and / or outdoor washing line would be useful as there is a washing machine but nowhere to dry clothes. (unless I couldn't find one)

Positive: Location was within easy walking distance of Demontford Hall which we were visiting. Lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Able to park free of charge. Property was newly refurbished, clean, comfortable and everything you need was there and particularly if looking for a longer stay than our one night. Communication was good throughout from our host.

Positive: It's always a bit risky to book accommodation with only a very few feedback but it has really paid off in this case. We found a very tidy and clean home. The house is well modernised and equipped everything you need for a short (or even longer) stay. The street is very quiet and close to Queen street with great shops and food outlets. We would definitely stay there again.

Negative: Being a tall person the bed was a bit short for me, but otherwise there was nothing to fault.

Positive: This was an amazing stay for us the hosts were really sweet and had a snack basket ready on arrival, everything about the property was perfect, I would highly recommend it. Also asked for a late check out and they happily allowed me to check out a bit later than the time stated very grateful for that.
