Positive: Quiet location just across the road from the beach. Watching the wallabies at dusk was a bonus. Fantastic breakfast, featuring local produce and juices and a chat with the hosts and other travellers for recommendations was great. Enjoyed our short stay.

Positive: Stuart is a fantastic host. The property is very clean and the breakfast is absolutely fantastic! We feel like home. The location is 10 minutes from st Helens and 20 minutes to the bay of fire. Stuart has been a very good person giving us recommendations as to where to visit and what to do in the area. We will surely be back! Highly recommend this place for everyone travelling on the eastern coast.

Positive: This is a real gem - highly recommended. I generally don’t like staying at B&Bs because I feel they are too confining or not private enough. But this is totally the opposite. Stuart and Judy are marvelous hosts - there when you need suggestions and adjust to your individual needs. The room was comfortable, quiet, clean and well appointed with a cozy private veranda. It is close to everything and across the street from a spectacular beach. And the food is to die for. We had the marvelous included breakfast and cheese tray but also ordered dinner which was a great home cooked meal. We stayed two nights but could have stayed longer. I recommend this to anyone traveling through or hoping to stay in the Bay of Fires/St Helen’s/ Scamander area. You will be glad you did.
