Positive: Great location. Walking distance to everything. Close to historic center, grocery , restaurants. Spacious and well kept. Had all the amenities. Clean . AC was working very well as it was a very hot weekend. Host is extremely attentive and reachable . A pleasure to work with.

Negative: Maybe the one negative is that it’s on the second floor and the ceiling on 2 bedrooms is sloping . Tall people would have to be careful. But not an issue for most guests.

Summary: A very pleasant stay and a wonderful host steps away from Ravenna’s historic center.

Positive: Andrea, our host, assisted us from before we left Venice headed to Ravenna. Being our first time in Italy we didn't know what to expect. I would greatly recommend staying at Beatrice Home. We would have stayed longer if we could and definitely would stay again.

Negative: Our stay was only two nights.

Positive: The apartment is spacious and very clean. Location is perfect; just steps away from the old centre and the Basilica San Vitale. It has a great roofterrace, nice for evenings. Host Andrea is wonderful! Very helpful and very kind! We will be back!

Positive: Four of us (two couples) enjoyed a week in this sparkling-clean and well-presented apartment on the second floor of a building a short distance from one of the gates into Ravenna. There is a lift to cope with luggage. And we were most appreciative of the owner's actions in going over and above usual expectations.

Negative: We received tickets for parking our hire car in front of the building - but the owner was quick to accept responsibility for these. The lift would be the slowest lift in the world - but is spotless and does the trick.
