Summary: This is a gem! The pictures do not do justice to the property! It’s right on the beach and the place is perfect for hot weather. We were 18 people in our party and was big enough for us. The house is well made and well designed. The only downside is that the property has no WIFI On another note, make sure you read all the details about the rental. there is an extra charge for electricity. Ours was 64 total for 3 nigths/4 days and we hardly used the air conditioning nor use the washer or dryer. The area feels very safe even though is somewhat rundown. There is a lot of empty/abandoned buildings near and around the property. So, if you do not mind that, you can enjoy the beautiful beach. We were just there and the beaches were nearly empty.We would love to return to las Peñitas!

Summary: This is our second time staying and it has become a family favorite. The property is spacious and well designed and the owner is pleasant to work with. The caretakers on-site are a wonderful family who do their job very well and make the stay even more enjoyable!

Summary: The staff at the property were very courteous and helpful. The owner was quick to repair one of the A/C units during our stay. The communication with the owner/staff was easy which made our experience unforgettable. We are looking forward to our next vacation in this home.

Summary: Overall, our stay at the residence was great. One of the most important points is that the owner personally ensured everything was ready and checked in a few times to see if we were comfortable. There is an onsite local family who acts as security, and cleaners. This family was also great. There is literally direct access to the beach and an easy walk to a very good restaurant. We had 15 people which was fairly tight so I don't believe 23 people would fit in this space. For guests, the living quarters are 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Aside from the unnecessary inventory of all house good s process, the stay is recommended.
