Summary: Stayed here for the music festival, with friends from out of state who actually own/operate VRBO property. Good location. 15min Uber drive from Lamar Dixon. Cleaning issues previously stated in other reviews NOT an issue. 4.5 for check in because all the check in details (passcode and wifi info) were different than received by app communications, but Rosevelt was very quick to reply and remedied immediately. Anything the property didn't have could be gotten by quick Walmart+ delivery. Over range lighting would be nice for those that cook, but we managed. If your going to have a nespresso machine, may want to consider providing the pods. Overall rating 4.5 Minor attention to small details would easily make this a 5-star stay. Would gladly stay here again.

Summary: Very nice home in great location close to everything you may need to eat or drink Most items were provided but you may need more towels and washcloths as well as kitchen utensils if you plan on staying more than 3 days The pool was clean and the ac was cold and the beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet

I feel that the property owner should take a closer look into his or her property themselves instead of relying on someone else to do it for them. There was a few things that should have been done before the arrival . But overall the home is a great place and location.
