Summary: I wish they had tvs in bedroom and cable, they had the master bedroom lock i felt like we didn't have fully access to the house .The bed was small didn't seem like an queen bed,

Summary: What an absolutely amazing property! All the small details were very well thought out and everything was available that we needed. Close enough to town and remote enough in the outskirts of Tyler and White House that it was so peaceful and relaxing! We loved hearing all of the night sounds while we sat on the patio and enjoyed drinks! We would love to stay again when we return to look for property. Many thanks 🙏

Summary: The Bear and Tank Cottage was a delight. We took a chance on the new listing and we are so glad we did! The house is just as described and was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully supplied. Our children ages 1 and 2 appreciated having extra space to move around both inside and out. We enjoyed the quiet country setting while still being within 10-15 min of everything we needed in Tyler. Check in and check out were a breeze and the hosts were quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Tyler!

Summary: We had a tranquil rest after the long working days and it was exactly what we aimed for. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood with breath taking scenic views of nature. We even hear a rooster in the morning :-). The house is clean, well maintained, all supplies provided. The owner is quick to reply, should you need anything. The place is highly recommended!
