Summary: We booked this location based on other reviews and were not disappointed. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Food was very good, our room was clean and spacious with lovely decor. As in other reviews be prepared for the walk up the hill from the city centre. It’s a long one but worth it when you get to the top!

Summary: We stayed for one night in the family room to explore bath. The room was really well presented and offered excellent amenities including a coffee machine, iron, beautiful bathroom with a nice range of products. Spacious and a 15 mins walk to the city. The welcome we received was excellent. Friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and well presented.

Summary: Hotel is a easy walk to downtown...more of a challenge back (hill). Parking was easy out back and hotel has nice restaurant/bar downstairs (was very busy the night we were there.). Surprisingly, even though the room was over the bar and next to busy road, it was quite quiet. The only downside to the hotel was lack of elevator but at least there was only one floor.😁

Summary: Lovely room. Great that there is free car park. Not many cafes and places you can have breakfast in the area on Sunday, other than the pub.

Summary: The room was excellent, clean, and adorable. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant on the first floor was very good with options that tasted great at reasonable cost for vegetarian/vegans. The inn is located a bit from down town, it is close to a grocer and pharmacies.

Summary: Very comfortable with great room facilities and an excellent breakfast. Parking is a problem at the Bear with few spaces on site and in the surroundings.

Summary: Fantastic hotel in a great location for walking down into Bath (although steep walk back up), and ideal for getting train into Bristol. All the staff were lovely and very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious every morning!!! Room was great and although by a main road, was not disturbed by noise at all. Would definitely book again if ever travelling to that area!!!
