Negative: The house has no privacy. mixed with the cafe people coming in and out. annoy no privacy. no iron, no mirror in every room. and not many cups and plates. overall 6/10

Positive: Big and spacious. Good Aircon. Good nearby eating places. Friendly host. Helpful support staff.

Negative: 1. No fans (aircon too cold at night) 2. No TV channel 3. No ironing facilities

Positive: Spacious, comfortable for a few families. Karaoke and snooker kept everyone entertained.

Negative: Property not maintained well. Toilet floors not that clean. Need more amenities like iron, hair dryer, hangers, toiletries, microwave, tea/coffee, mineral water (not tap water), etc.

Summary: It was pleasant stay overall, just that need to keep up cleaniness and add more amenities for guests.
