Positive: A villa with simple industrial with a mixture of traditional design makes us feel like home. Elderly friendly and not to come back here is definitely a wrong decision to make! Even the owner is superbly friendly

Negative: A room for improvement is to put a fan in the room for ventilation purposes otherwise perfect!!
