With a separate outdoor shower area this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom split level home is perfect for beach living!
Settle in and enjoy the Grand Prix and all Phillip Island has to offer in style -- all beds have pillows and donnas so you can bring your own linen or Bed linens (with towels ) are available at $25.00 per person as part of your stay, so all you need to do is pack the fun stuff.
Within walking distance to Grand Prix Circuit, Smiths & YCW beaches; close to restaurants, nature reserves, wineries,parks & shopping.

Summary: The property was beautiful, it exceeded my expectations, the house is amazing, the facilities were excellent and there was a welcoming bowl of treats for us to enjoy which was lovely. The only down fall was that there wasn't a bath to bathe the babies, otherwise a very enjoyable time had by all. Thank you Linda.

Summary: This house is perfectly located between Smiths and YCW beaches with lovely views to the west for sunset viewing. The house is presented really well and we had all we needed and more - from a coffee machine to start the day in the well stocked kitchen to a washing machine whenever needed, and all rooms already set up with soaps and linen when we arrived. It was really lovely to walk in our the first day and feel at home straightaway. The outdoor shower, undercover area with table tennis and the bunk room downstairs with a separate tv was brilliant for my teenagers coming home from surfing and needing their own space to relax. The upstairs living space, and the couches and dining table, are generous for when we all came together. Linda was an absolute pleasure to book the house through - clear info, friendly messages and quick replies. Highly recommend!

Summary: With 10 staying in house was a great set out. 3 toilets helped! Bigger bbq for large groups would be useful but we bought an extra so was covered. And perhaps pack an esky on deck for larger groups to keep drinks cold as fridge filled quick with necessities. Walk to beach. Local cabs were quick to town.

Summary: Great location very near the beach and a very flexible property. We took our 2 dogs and it was easy with a good fenced yard. Communications with the host were timely and straight forward - again making it easy to relax and have a good time. Very well supplied property, would thoroughly recommend!
