Beachside83 is the perfect property for a beach holiday. Just metres from the beach, this modern luxurious townhouse is built on two levels (see floor plan in photos section).
Clean, modern and spacious.
The open plan kitchen and living area opens out onto a north-facing deck ideal for a barbeque or to soak up the sun with a good book, and with a flick of a switch an electric awning provides shade.
The kitchen features stone benchtops and quality Bosch appliances. The living area is well-appointed, with leather sofas and quality timber furniture.
The three large bedrooms are beautifully appointed with your choice of three Sealy posturepedic king-size beds, six king singles or any combination depending on your needs. Ideal for families or groups of friends. There is no need to draw straws to see who will get the 'good' all great! Quality linen and towels are provided.
Two large modern bathrooms (both with hair dryers), one with a bath, three toilets, a well-appointed laundry, secure two-car garage with remote entry and direct access to the townhouse and split system heating and cooling will ensure a great holiday.
Best of all across the road is the walkway to one of the best beaches you will ever see.

Summary: Lovely location across form the ocean beach. The property was clean, well-equipped, comfortable and matched the description in its listing. Communications with Janice were very timely making arrangements easy to finalise. All round, an excellent place to stay. Highly recommended.

Summary: We loved our short stay at Beachside83. The location was perfect, right opposite the entrance to a quiet and serene beach. The house itself was also very clean and comfortable, with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. One thing to note is that salt and paper towel were not available.

Summary: Group of 6 adults, 3 great size bedrooms , king size bed in each , heaps of room in the house . Communication was exceptional, property exactly what was advertised, location fantastic , right across the road from the beach, check in process easy. Wouldn’t hesitate recommend this property.

Summary: Despite the not so good weather, the location of the house still made quick access to the quiet beach at all times which provided incredible sunrise and sunset views. The house was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Perfect for a group of friends or family! Really recommend staying here! Thanks Janice :)
