Beachside Vibes is perfectly located just a two minute stroll to Parkdale Beach. Behind that gorgeous mint coloured door is a freshly renovated two bedroom unit. Fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom, air conditioned living and two great sized bedrooms. Fully enclosed courtyard and off street parking for two cars. We have free Wifi of course and linen provided. We think this unit is special and we look forward to hosting you here soon. Well behaved pet welcome.

Close to cafes and shops and a short walk to the beach.
We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
Well behaved pet allowed with prior arrangement. This will need to be confirmed prior to booking please.
Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.

Summary: Styled beautifully inside. Outside desperately needs some work. Quiet and comfortable accommodation. Would definitely recommend to couples. Timber floors may be a little noisy with children.

Summary: The Parkdale property was equipped with everything you need at home. The lounge/dining is quite small for a family of four as the lounge is only a two seater. The beds were nice and comfortable. The location was great only a 15 min walk to the shopping strip of Mordialloc and the beach just around the corner. The outside needs work but that isn’t important as it is clean. Would definitely stay again!!!

Summary: Surprised to find so many items supplied ie toiletries, tea coffee etc. Beds were comfortable and water was nice and hot. Might be a good idea to let people know about the bus service that runs from just around the corner. Enjoyed our stay very much.
