Positive: This is a gorgeous pink sound of a new Christchurch townhouse. It is pristine and very comfortable. It is very close to the beach, due to whether we did not explore but the entrance is within two minutes walk. My children were delighted that it is three storeys high. I loved the coffee machine the cleanliness and having a few bits available in the cupboard to use. The bathrooms were also lovely.

Negative: There is no toilet on the ground floor, and if you are mobility impaired this property would be not good for you. Aside from that it was great!

Positive: The townhouse was so lovely and clean and it was great to have milk , chocolates and a Nespresso machine , thank you .. clear instructions to find and enter the property and also clear instructions for how to use everything inside . Very comfortable

Negative: Step stairs .. one of our group found this a bit challenging ..
