Positive: It was a two story house, was not expecting this, beach themed, very nice, the theme was very cute. When renting this property, all you need is your clothes and food, they supply mostly everything! The host was very thoughtful. They are very easy to reach, if you need to. The beach is right across the street. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Me and my family was very impressed. I truly recommend this property! Will not be disappointed.😍😍
Negative: I love that everyone had their own room and every room had a nice size tv, watch what ever you want without a family interruption. Lol
Summary: My stay was not a vacation, but the house made us feel like we was on one.

Positive: The location was close to restaurants, grocery stores, the park and the beach. We had an issue with the HVAC system (still less than a year-old) and even though it was a holiday weekend the owners had a technician on site and the system working within a couple of hours.
Summary: Go to the beach with your dogs and enjoy a spacious rental across the street from the beach.

Positive: This property was an absolute DREAM!! Our family of 6 plus two pups absolutely loved it! The hosts were amazing! They kept in contact and were quick to respond for anything we needed! The property is beautiful and a quick walk to a beautiful beach! The property had everything we needed, towels, cleaning supplies, beach wagon/chairs/body boards/sunshade! There was a grill for hamburgers! I absolutely fell in love with this place!! I would highly recommend it!! 100 🌟
Negative: It was really perfect! There was nothing I could think of that we didn’t like!

Positive: The house was beautiful and exactly as described! Had everything you need to feel like you're at home! The beds were so comfortable! Easy walk across the street to the beach and tons of beach gear in the garage to use if you want to! The Hosts were amazing and very responsive! If we're ever in the Melbourne area again, we would definitely want to stay here again!
