Positive: Enjoyed the location. The beds were comfortable. The balcony area was lovely

Negative: Out of the hosts control, but the construction noise down the street started pretty early. Could also have used a more comfortable couch. There was only couch seating for 4 people, which was a little lacking given the 4 double beds.

Summary: Wonderful place to stay with friends, close to the beach and not too far to walk to food and drink.

Negative: The fluffy lounge didn’t give us enough seating for six but that is minor.

Positive: The location is excellent - Margate Beach is right around the corner. It really is a home away from home, it has everything I need

Negative: Nothing really - there were a few glitches at first but they were sorted out quickly.
