Dear guests,
this holiday home has been newly renovated. enjoy a dream house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms as well as 2 guest bathrooms, new kitchen, large living room, outdoor area with large illuminated (not heated) pool with beach entrance, large relaxation area with 160x 300 cm sunbathing area (beach picture on the wall), 2 jacuzzis (warm and in the pool), cave with waterfall, barbacoa, fireplace, parking for up to 3 cars, internet, mosquito nets and air conditioning (hot/cold and underfloor heating).
The villa is 500m from the sandy beach, supermarkets and restaurants.
We also have a new water filter for drinking water. The bathrooms are comfortable and large with bidets, shower, or large double shower!

The rental price includes towels, bed linen, water, pool service and garden service (except for rentals over 4 weeks). Likewise, 105 kw of electricity per week are free; beyond that, each kwh is charged at 0.40 EURO. In winter, the heating costs are exclusive and calculated according to consumption. Extras on request for a fee: bike rental, baby package, transfer for up to 6 people, paella evening, private masseur, etc. for a surcharge.
We also offer pick-up service for up to 6 people from the airport, talk to us.

Summary: We had a fantastic time at this beautiful villa. Perfect for young children as it's all on one level. The pool and outside area was very spacious to with the graduation pool which the children could use easily and safely. The hot tub was a lovely temperature. Plenty of space and flat for the children to play. The villa has everything you would need and more. The area was lovely and peaceful. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants were a five minute drive. Agna recommended lovely places to eat and take the children out to. I would definitely without hesitation re book this villa.

Summary: Our vacation was wonderful and we loved the house. Unfortunately it was a little too chilly to use the beautiful pool but the amazing hot tub with a view of the mountains and stars at night was such a pleasure! Agna was wonderful with all her recommendations and assistance during the trip. We are looking forward to coming back!

Summary: We had a lovely stay here. The villa is amazing with everything you need for a fantastic family holiday. We had a great time in the pool and hot tub, with loads of space to chill out and relax. We loved the outdoor kitchen too. Agna was fantastic at helping us settle in and find our way around the local area. She also helped us out with some equipment for the baby, which made our stay even more relaxing. There is plenty to do in the local area. The beach is about 700m away, and there is a small supermarket in walking distance as well as some bars too. Bigger supermarkets and restaurants a little further, and loads to see and do in the heart of Denia too. There’s also an amazing Paella restaurant 200 metres away if you are up for some authentic Spanish food cooked over an open fire...real foodie treat! We’ll definitely be back!

Summary: We had a great stay in October/November with lovely days and mainly sunshine. The house is comfortable with all amenities. Location is a bit too far from Denia town so I'm happy we decided to have rental cars. Pool and jacuzzi was very nice and we used the barbecue almost every night. Agna was a very nice host and I can really recommend this villa!

Summary: I visited Denia for my birthday with 8 of my friends. The apartment was clean and looked near to brand new. We had eveything we needed that we stayed in for 2 of our 5 nights. The landlord is also pleasant and couldn't do enough for us. I would highly recommend and return as it really did help make my birthday special:) it was a total steal considering the price and location!

Summary: We stayed at the villa for a week in September 2016 as a family group including four of us in our late 40s and our parents aged from 68 to 83 and the villa could not have been better. It is stylishly decorated with all necessary amenities, is very comfortable and has a great outside space for spending time together. Although too far for some of our party to walk into town, there are several bars and restaurants within walking distance for everyone and the beach is about a half mile walk. We loved the location and it is in a flat area should you have older people with you. We had a really great week in Denia and at the villa and will definitely be back. Thank you Agna.
