Billabong villa is a beach-front townhouse in a gated and child-friendly community located in Palm Cay, New Providence, The Bahamas. Billabong villa is 2,200 square foot on 3 floors of luxury offering several amenities that will make your stay more comfortable and pleasurable, including free wifi internet, and a beautiful beach with snorkeling. The gorgeous brand new villa features travertine tile floors downstairs and hand laid wood floors on the 2 upper floors. Billabong villa is air conditioned throughout with central air conditioning.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, lovely décor and an en-suite bathroom. Step out to the balcony that looks over a beautiful pristine white sand beach and the famous Bahamian waters. There is a second bedroom on the same level and is furnished with 2 single beds. It has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom on the top floor is furnished with a queen-sized bed and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has a beautiful balcony that offers wide views of the beach and the sea. The top floor has a studio bedroom with double bed and a futon bed.
The washrooms are equipped with additional amenities such as hairdryers. The downstairs floor has a powder room.
The living room at Billabong villa is spacious and features very comfortable sofas, lovely art work, beautiful fabrics and tiled flooring. The entertainment system includes a large flat screen offering a wide range of cable tv channels, as well as internet, music The home is also stocked with board games and a small number of books.
The swimming pool at Billabong Villa is a shared facility and is quite spacious, surrounded by an expansive deck. Comfortable lounges are placed on the deck for relaxing after a swim or for simply soaking in the sun. The table and chairs on the rear deck can be a good place for evening drinks or even for a candle lit intimate dinner.

Summary: We had an amazing time at Billabong Villa with our two young kids and grandparents. The space is modern and roomy. The beach is just a few steps from the rear patio. The views from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies are gorgeous! The host, Mike, was kind and gracious and everything we needed we had so we were left to enjoy the villa in peace and quiet. Highly recommend this rental.

Summary: First let me start by saying the beachfront property does not disappoint! The views are stunning, right on the beach couldn’t ask for more. It’s nice and tranquil without the downtown hustle and bustle. We enjoyed every second of this property. A couple of minor upgrades could be in order the grill wasn’t in complete working order but we made do, and the mattresses could use an upgrade. Aside from that everything was great and as described in the listing. Would definitely return! ,

Summary: Beautiful, spacious, well equiped condo on the beach, check. Condo close to the cafe, outside bar and restaurant, check. Condo close to the workout facility, check (although there is a cost for the outdoor bar and workout facility we thought it was worth two in our group that excersised to pay the fee). Jet ski, paddleboard and kayak rental right on the beach, check (we rented some jet skis at Paradise Beach close to Atlantis but the units at Palm Cay were superior and Paulie who rented them to us at Palm Cay was a cool guy). Supermarket and liquor store a short drive from the condo, check. Driving on the left side of the road was a trip and you may not need a car but we were pleased we rented one just for our short trips to the store. Worth renting this unit again, check!

Summary: We had a fantastic week in paradise staying at Palm Cay in a villa on the beach!The view and sunrises were to die for! Can never get enough of the blue water and palm tree views!Villa was perfect for our family of six adults, communication was extremely responsive, information provided prior to stay allowed us to determine whether we should rent a car, dinner, options, excursions, etc.!Prior were on point!Fun to see the big resorts while we were there but loved the privacy of Palm Cay!Getting out on a boat excursion is a must!Cheryl’s taxi service was very reliable if you choose not to rent a car.Thank you for a perfect January getaway!

Summary: We stayed in two condos next door to each other in the same building and it was the perfect place for a large group.Both units (both owned and rented from Mike) were well equipped, clean and had everything we need to enjoy or stay.The location is perfect and the property is beautiful. Mike was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with providing information about the island. We would love to return!
