Villa Rania is an exciting sea-front villa with private pool, enjoying a truly unique location on the sandy beach of Prasoudi/Chalikounas. This is a true unspoilt heaven on the west coast of Corfu offering breathtaking views over the sunset. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lovely gardens and extensive terraces, Villa Rania can sleep up to 6/8 guests in air-conditioned interiors. Thanks to its unbeatable location and high value for money, this villa is a top seller!
Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large open plan lounge with fully equipped kitchen and double sofa bed as well as a double bedroom and a shower room. The villa is provided with all the most modern appliances for self-catering homes such as dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, wi-fi, etc. The lounge also has big patio doors opening straight to the pool and sea facing terrace. Stairs lead up to the first floor with 2 further bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, as well as a spacious family bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub. Extensive terraces provide breathtaking views over the beach below and the sunset. The bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price).
Outside, Villa Rania offers to its guests the most stunning setting complemented by perfect facilities. A sparkling private pool is available for the guests and measures 4 x 8m with depth 1.10m to 1.60m. Sunbeds and shades are available. A beautiful seafront shaded dining area with barbecue is also available to enjoy delicious meals while admiring the stunning views, the sunset, and hearing the sound of the waves below. Summary: We enjoyed many aspects of the property - the pool/beach proximity was great and the access to an almost private beach (down 76 wooden stairs) was special. The house had a few challenges. It was advertised as having air conditioning, but only the bedrooms had A/C, not the living room, which is a challenge in 40-degree weather. Also, the bathrooms could have been better. The downstairs shower was very small and cramped, and the upstairs bath had no place to hang the shower faucet forcing handheld showers (not the best way to scrub off from the beach!). Also draining the upstairs bath causes the bathroom to flood. Other than that the property was very clean, insect-free and the kitchen was well equipped for family meals and snacks.

Summary: Ik heb samen met 8 vrienden hier verbleven en het uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig. Een gezellig huis om te verblijven. Enigste jammere was dat de de trap naar het strand verwoest was door de storm.

Summary: Beau séjour sur la côte ouest de corfou, qui a su rester sauvage contrairement à l'est. La maison dispose d'un escalier qui donne un accès direct à la mer. La plage est peu fréquentée. Cette maison convient bien pour 6 personnes et un bébé. Nous étions 8.
