Positive: Beautiful stunning views. Cosy yet modern property with everything you need. Fabulous friendly hosts. Within a short drive you can get to the epic Kritsa Gorge and the stunning Spinalogkas Peninsula hikes. Hottub was lush.

Positive: We won’t forget the wonderful views of the blue sea and the spectacular sunrises which we saw from our bed - these great views can also be seen from the other master bedroom, as well as the living area and sun terrace. You can even see the not too distant town of Agios Nikolaos - its white buildings by day and the lights at night. The villa had all the amenities we needed and we found nice beaches nearby - some accessible by foot and others by car. Kalliope was very helpful in giving us advice on things to do, as well as recommending good restaurants. We wish we had stayed a little longer.

Positive: The villa is beautiful and perfectly positioned for beach, and for views. It’s close enough to Ag Nik to make use of the town, but far enough to feel some isolation. It is built to a high standard and has all the extras you would hope for. My family and I stayed local on some days and used a car to explore the amazing towns and beaches a little further afield. We made full use of the sun deck and also the hot tub in the evenings. I would highly recommend this place on all fronts.

Summary: Perfect place. Top quality. Amazing sunrises. Would like to have stayed longer.

Positive: Beachfront villa phi is a beautiful, very comfortable new villa with stunning views. Fresh fruit, wine and ouzo as welcome on arrival. Several private sitting areas around the villa with excellent privacy. Location is by the sea (with a beautiful colorful sunrise); sheltered bay with a beautiful beach. In reality it is even more beautiful than in the pictures! It is 10 minutes by car from Agios Nikolaos, a nice harbor town with many restaurants. The owners of the villa are extremely friendly, give good advice and are very helpful.
