Summary: This is a beautiful home that is spotless and that has everything needed including screened windows, washing machine and air-conditioning. The apartment is on the ground level and has a beautiful garden. The host's mother, Elli lives upstairs. She and Andreas are very nice but the description of the property is not accurate. Between the house and the water is a community center which hosts a children's day camp, dance classes, and rowdy teens. We were told we could swim in the "pool" (which is not really a pool but a walled off area) if no one was present. But activities and people were present all day long. The beach close to the house was full of teens and young adults, with music all day. We didn't swim there but instead went to Lithi and Komi which are beautiful beaches. Also, be aware that the house is right on the road with no parking on premises. There is no real shoulder on the road. We parked either in a parking lot or a side road. I liked the inside of the home and garden but did not like the location.

Summary: This property is beautiful, and we had a good stay once in house. There are two major issues with the property which caused low rating. First the property is entered through a lower courtyard on the water. There are two sets of steps to reach the entrance. One set of about 8 steps has no railing and is dangerous. I felt like I would fall. Renters should be warrened any anyone with mobility issues to not stay in this property. Second, there are issues with hot water. You have to turn on the hot water 30 minutes before you want to take a shower and toward the end of our stay the water did not heat. Cold showers were only option. Not good.
