Positive: This property was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were super comfortable. Everyone had their privacy. I wish I had booked all of my days with this villa instead of only 5 days. The staff was amazing, Ayu and Awan were so sweet, kind and genuine. They went out of their way to ensure we had the best time possible. The owner took time away from their busy schedule to guide me to the best activities during our time there, and everyone scooped us directly from the villa and returned us at the conclusion. We felt so welcomed and taken care of. These people are genuinely good people, so if you book, which you should, please treat them well! The property is right on the beach! Like literally right on the black.sand beach! The grounds are tended by Awan and they are so gorgeous! The flowers and trees bloom and create this beautiful fragrance through the grounds. The sunrises and sunsets from the balcony of the Master suite (the entire 2nd floor) were the backdrop to some amazing memories. Everyone had their own space with a private bathroom and entry and exit to the rooms. The pool is beautiful and was a perfect way to enjoy some downtime between the meals prepared with care by Ayu. Putu the driver was great, he was patient and kind, friendly and knowledgeable around the area. He didn't allow anyone to take advantage of us and made sure we got to do amazing things. The Masseuse was amazing! I really tried to fit her in everyday that I was there! She was such a reasonable price! Overall, when I booked this villa I thought the pictures were too good to be true, but it wasn't. It exceeded my expectations in every aspect!

Negative: Everything was phenomenal! The few things that I would have listed as negatives they had already thoughtfully taken care of. For example after sunset the mosquitoes could get out of hand. But not only did they provide bug spray in each bathroom but they also had electronic bug zappers in the outdoor living spaces, and every bed room had a mosquito net to encase the bed so it was never a real problem. It was a 3 hour drive to get to the location, our first night we arrived very late at night. But Ayu and Awan were both there awaiting our arrival and helped us get settled in. They even had the ability to provide transfers to and from the airport. Any and everything I could mention they not only helped us conquer those challenges but also took the time to think about it and accommodate it. They even had a book that gave us tips on everything from shopping nearby to restaurants, hospitals and pharmacy. They thought of everything.
