Concrete repair work will take place on the North and South sides of the building from 9/15–10/10 between 9am–5pm,M-F only with some daytime noise expected. The pool and beach remain open, and all balconies face east so your ocean views will be unobstructed.
Building Painting Project – October 13th to November 21st
The Indian Harbour Beach Club will be undergoing exterior painting during these dates (Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM; Saturdays only if delayed by weather).
From 10/13–11/3, balconies on the east side will be pressure washed, prepped, and painted (walls & ceilings only, floors will not be painted).
• Balconies cannot be used during washing, prep, or painting, and must remain closed for 8 hours after painting is complete.
• A discount will be applied for any day your balcony is unavailable.
From 11/3–11/21, painting moves to the north, south, and west sides with little to no impact on your stay. The pool and beach remain open, and walkways will not be affected.
This unit sleeps 4 in beds. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 as we can provide an air mattress. Conveniently located in Indian Harbour Beach between Melbourne Beach and Satellite Beach. This ocean front luxury condo has panoramic ocean views from a private balcony accessible from both the living room and your master bedroom suite. Wake up in your spacious king-sized bed to a beautiful sunrise over the Atlantic and enjoy your coffee while listening to the waves along the beach. You might catch a rocket launch from nearby Cape Canaveral at the Kennedy Space Center. You can watch dolphins playing in the surf, or just watch the beach goers enjoying their day. Walt Disney World and universal studios are only 60 minutes away. You are centrally located to many of Florida attractions like Florida's oldest city, St. Augustine. Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge is where you can view manatee's as they move into warmer winter waters. At the end of the day sit and relax as you watch the moon rising over the water.

Summary: This property was just as described. So clean and beautiful. Had everything we needed and even bougie boards for my daughter. If we ever visit this area again we’ll be booking this place. The one and only suggestion would be different shower heads with more pressure and a hose attachment. My daughter and I both have long and thick hair so washing the products out took longer than usual. But that’s it. Pool and beach were so nice as well. Just a couple steps out the door.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay over Memorial weekend. The condo is in an excellent location with easy access to shops, restaurants and attractions. The beach was beautiful and not crowded at all especially for a holiday weekend. The condo itself was well stocked and very comfortable. We were even lucky enough to see a sea turtle come out of the ocean, build a nest and lay her eggs and retreat back to the ocean. Overall, it was a great stay and we would stay there again.

Summary: Great, quiet location right on the beach. The rental had everything we needed for the beach; a few bogey boards, 4-5 chairs, an umbrella, a few sand toy shovels. We went to Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center, which were quick and easy drives. We had two adults and 2 kids 14/10, they loved it as well. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Clean, modern, quiet condo right on the beach. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels. Having washer & dryer in the unit was nice. Able to watch rocket launches from the balcony. Night time rocket launch was amazing to see! King bed was comfortable, but squeaky. Condo is pretty sound proof from the surrounding neighbors, which is a huge plus. Condo is not right above the pool, which also cuts down on noise. Would stay here, again!
