Positive: The location was perfect. It was close to the beach and the Village.

Negative: I had reached out several times about the A/C not working on day 1. It was 78 degrees each day in the condo. It was impossible to sleep because it was so warm. Also, we had to provide toilet paper and paper towels. I feel for $3,600 for a week these items would be provided throughout the stay.

Summary: Location is perfect. The condo was very clean but the lack of A/C and attention to getting it fixed was a huge issue

Positive: The condo is a great location across the street from the beach, yet still walking distance to town. ( just over 1/2 mile) . Beds are comfortable.

Negative: There was and issue with the shower backing up, causing a water issue in the bathroom, and when we made the owner aware she did nothing to rectify it. She did not even get back to us after a reply saying " working on getting a plumber there ASAP" on the 2nd day of our trip. This was clearly and issue from the last guest as well, so it wasn't handled for either of us. We were only able to use one shower the other five days. In addition, there are issues with electrical ( no outlets work) and the screened porch needs major repairs. Mold in the working bathroom/shower. We were given a kitchen sponge that looked like it had been there for months.... stains on bedding comforters and blankets. Overall nothing I have ever experienced when paying this sort of premium. At first glance I thought it was very clean and was happy there was thought put into a Christmas tree and things like that, but it just seems like it is in real need of of updating and slowing down

Negative: Unit needs some repairs and maintenance. Unit Close to stairway. Too loud. Carpet in master bed stained and bed skirt not clean. Shower drain in both bathrooms get backed up. Called staff tried to get plumber but never happened so after 2 days we had to get draino and run it few times to resolve the issue. No washer/dryer in the unit. No reply from staff when asked about location of washer and dryer in the resort. Lightbulb in screen porch needs replacement. Decor very busy. Many things hanging on wall. Fixture fell off the wall spontaneously during our stay. Coffee machine dirty on the inside.

Negative: There was no outside balcony space. We were on the ground floor and the balcony area was covered in.
