Ideally located on a beachfront location in St. Andrews, a few doors down from the Old Course and the R&A clubhouse, with stunning views of the ocean and beach. Within a few steps you can tee off on the famous Old Course, walk on the beach or eat at a restaurant. 2 blocks away is the high street with shops and more restaurants.
The flat is new, comfortably holding 4 people in 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one is an ensuite). The living space is open plan, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a living area with a couch and tv. There is a great little nook where you can relax while watching the beach views, listening to music or just reading a book. There are also lovely views in the back, of the green spaces and neighbouring stone buildings.
There is free street parking in front of the building on The Scores. There are 4 restaurants on the block and it is 2 blocks from the high street with more restaurants and shops. You can walk out on the West sands beach, or down the street past the ruined castle and cathedral to the harbour and the town's second beach.
Of course, there is the golfing for which St. Andrews is famous, with the Old Course's 1st tee and R&A clubhouse 100 meters away. There's also the neighbouring courses, the Balgove, Eden, Jubilee, New and Strathtyrum courses.

Summary: An amazing golf stay with my sons. Perfect location. Easy check in. The flat is on the third floor with card entry. All renovated. Micheal lives on the second floor with his wife and 2 FLUFFY cats. Hope to stay here again.

Summary: Nothing but great things to say about this place! You can park the car and walk everywhere! Not sure how long ago it was renovated but everything feels new and clean. Spacious and comfortable. Kim and Michael did a great job of designing and decorating the flat. Lots of nice touches! We will definitely stay there anytime we are back in the area.

Summary: Smooth stay, modern & clean. Everything we could have possibly needed. Little one slept a dream in the 2nd bedroom and plenty of space for us. Right next to the beach, aquarium and just a short walk to the Main Street of St Andrews. Ideal location to make the most of a 2 night stay. Only minor downside for us was the stairs to the penthouse could be difficult with luggage and our little one but this did not ruin our stay. Appreciated the coffee machine and biscuits!
