This small cottage sits directly on Cape Cod Bay in Eastham. With two bedrooms plus a sleeping loft, this home sleeps 6 comfortably. The first level of the home boasts a living area with gorgeous views, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and full bathroom. There are also two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a queen sized bed and the second with two twin sized beds. The upstairs sleeping loft also has two twin sized beds. Amenities include a gas grill, great deck, washer/dryer, wireless internet and an enclosed outdoor shower. 3 night minimums available with an added cleaning fee. 7 nights or more include cleaning. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Reviewer Comments: Ever changing views of the bay and wonderful sunsets right from the deck of this cottage. The deck is nice and roomy with plenty of seating. Inside & outside can easily accommodate 6 people for dinner. This was our second time renting this cottage and hopefully, it won’t be the last.

Summary: Loved staying at this property! It's all about the view and the adirondacks. House was a perfect size for our family-of-four, it felt like home. Biggest drawback of the house was the uncomfortable mattresses. It was also slightly removed from the ideal sandbar experience, which was just a 5-min walk down the beach.
