Summary: This property is an absolute must-stay if you visit Cocoa Beach and want to enjoy a relaxing vacation that is far enough away from the busy area of the pier, yet still close enough to enjoy it if you choose to. The condo is bright, sunny, inviting, very clean, and tastefully decorated. You'll have all the comforts you need in this home away from home (shout-out to the amazing shower!). The unit sits under a hallway alcove that protects you from the elements when entering or leaving, and also offers an element of privacy from the other units, which makes this particular one a clear stand-out. The keypad entry is a plus when you have a group. Publix grocery store takes a couple minutes to drive to. The beach is a short minute walk, which makes it convenient for those of us that have to make frequent trips back and forth from the condo. Included beach chairs and umbrella were a plus! Cocoa Beach Pier is within view and a very short walk. In the other direction, Cape Canaveral is within view, and we were lucky enough to get to watch a rocket launch right from our beach! Plenty of drinks, food, and shopping within walking distance.Katelyn was a gracious and fantastic host. She made check-in and check-out a breeze, was always available, and quick with communication. We appreciate her for this opportunity to enjoy her amazing little escape!!If you are wondering where to stay in Cocoa Beach, wonder no more. You simply cannot go wrong with this unit. It's positively perfect!!

Summary: Katelyn’s bungalow is the perfect place to stay in Cocoa Beach! The condo is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and super comfortable for two people. Everything you need is provided, even beach chairs and an umbrella. The overall unit is oceanfront and we were able to walk to several restaurants and the Pier. Don’t forget to watch for launches and cruise ships from the beach!

Summary: The place was nice. Very minimal cookware and no pot holders but that was really my only complaint. The weather was horrible for us so we enjoyed the Netflix.

Summary: This was a wonderful stay. I came for the beach and it was just right. Really is a short walk away. No view but I could hear the waves at night if I opened the windows. The bed was super comfy and everything was new and very clean. Very quite and safe. We walked to the pier a few nights for dinner-you really should try their orange cake! This is a great find.
