Summary: Good..... If you like having the beach practically to yourself, and we did, its a perfect location. However, just FYI, there are no resturaunts in the vicinity, and the nearest grocery is 17 mile one way. We did not mind this as we prefer to bring groceries and cook. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you need. Also the property manager was very nice and easy to work with. We did not complain to her because there was not anything she could do, the owners need to step it up. Bad.....Furnishings are very old and worn out. The one couch with a throw on it is filthy! . Spent first day cleaning. Really needs to be updated and cleaned. If this was done we would not hesitate to come back for the location.

Summary: 50 steps to the beach (we measured), beautiful Gulf of Mexico, and all the house accommodations we could ask for at this price. What else you should know... The closest small food store is 5 miles away. The beach sand is gorgeous. The water is a bit stained due to the nearby Ochlockonee River (might vary with the tide.)
