LIVING SPACE
The open plan living space offers all the comforts and convenience of a fully equipped property. The kitchen, dining and lounge space is light, bright and very spacious. Expansive sliding doors open up onto the decks to ensure optimum enjoyment from both inside and out of the natural beauty that surrounds.
PET-FRIENDLY
The Bungalow is pet-friendly! The lush yard and tropical gardens are fence (height 1.2metres), small well-behaved dogs are considered, there's loads of room for your fur baby to roam and play. The nearest dog beach is a couple of minutes drive away at Suffolk Park. Broken Head is a National Park, no dogs are allowed in the National Park or on Broken Head beach. Pets must be authorised by management prior to check in, T&C's apply. $70 pet fee applies.

GETTING AROUND
Broken Head is 7km's from Byron central and takes approximately 10minutes by car. A glorious beach bike ride will take you all the way into town, it takes a leisurely 60 minutes depending on tide and wind.
Booking Information
* Pets must be authorised by Management prior to check in. It is the pet owners responsibility to remove all pet waste from the property prior to departure. If extra cleaning, waste removal, or maintenance is required as a result of the pet, additional fees will be deducted from the bond and is not negotiable.
• Group restrictions - maximum of 2 adults at the property unless otherwise approved directly with Byron Beach Retreats.
• Strict noise policy and no parties permitted - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs. See terms and conditions for further information.
• No commercial activities or events permitted including but not limited to hens/bucks events, engagements or weddings.
• Intimate events, photo/video shoots may be arranged directly with Byron Beach Retreats. Additional fees and T&C’s apply.
• No Schoolies or school-leavers permitted.
• No smoking inside the property.
• We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond.
• A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations - Bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior the 50% deposit is non-refundable. For those bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of total booking cost will be incurred - therefore no refund will be made.
• Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
• $150 cleaning fee applies per stay.

Summary: Amazing location! This little haven is tucked away into a little corner of paradise, so peaceful you wouldn't know there was anyone else around, just the soothing ocean meeting the shore along with birdsong and maybe a wallaby and baby foraging in the national park that the property directly backs onto,we will be making this place our annual retreat.

Summary: Lovely experience staying at the Bungalow. It's secluded with all the facilities you need but is also accessible to everything. The waves crashing in the background make spending time anywhere in the property very special. The team were very responsive to our wifi issues - once sorted, it was fast and reliable. Well be back again!

Summary: This property is as stunning as the photos promise. Especially the quite large bathroom exceeded our expectations and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked too, and even little details like sunscreen and mozzie spray was thought after. There were beach chairs, boards and bicycles free to use for convenience. The owners were very friendly and quickly responded to inquiries. The garden was lush and big and the property felt safe to let our dog off leash. Would absolutely go again and recommend to anyone, who likes to wake up to the sound of the ocean.
