Positive: Collecting from a lock box made the whole process simple and hassle free. It meant when I arrived, I could get into the property straight away and start my break promptly.

Positive: Great location so close to the beach… Bit of road noise but as it was off-season it was very quiet overnight. We loved to be close to the Broulee brewhouse. Had a fantastic night there on open mic night - great entertainment and excellent food and beer. Also loved the fireplace on a chilly Saturday night.
Negative: A few things probably need some attention… The fire gave off a bit of a plastic smell… Might need a chimney clean? And lightbulb was out in the kitchen etc.… Small stuff.
Summary: Wonderful location right next to the beach in a charming little beach area.

Positive: We had a fabulous break and would definitely recommend Beachfront Bliss. While there weren’t expansive beach views, we could see Broulee Island from the balcony and loved the easy beach access — perfect for walks along the sand to explore the island one way or wander towards Candlagan Creek the other. It was also incredibly convenient being so close to Broulee Brewhouse for some tasty local bevvies, good food and live music. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, the bed was very comfortable, and the soothing sound of the ocean made it even more relaxing. We especially loved unwinding in the spa bath.
Negative: Nothing we didn't like but the stairs might be an issue for people with mobility issues.

Positive: Close to beach although you couldn’t see the ocean. Lovely facilities.
Negative: The water would took a long time go down in the bathroom sink. No hand towels. The key was very tricky in the lower lock on entry.

Positive: The owner has recently refurbished the fabric of this property to a high standard but apparently reused some of the kitchen appliances, furniture and windows. Consequently these items are not as high standard as the building fabric finish
Negative: The cleanliness and management. Short term cleaning - The apartment was very poorly cleaned after the previous guests. We found the bbq was filthy, there was a tidemark around the bath tub, a filthy pair of socks left on the bathroom floor behind the door, the soap tray was broken but had been put back and was balanced in position so that the slightest touch caused it to collapse and the electric oven clock was flashing and needed resetting to get the oven to work. Also we were provided with the approximately the last 20% of 2 toilet rolls in the 2 bathrooms. These should have been replenished between tenancies. Long term cleaning- The drip bar at the base of the shower door is green with mould, and probably hasn't been cleaned for months. There is black mold at the base of the tiles behind the bathroom sink. In the master bedroom the windows are filthy. The aluminum frames are covered with mold and within the widow frame the dust is 2-3mm deep with dead insects in it. The window frames appear to have not been cleaned for years. All the apartment windows need a deep clean. Management - Also as noted the oven would not start until the clock was reset. It took about 3 hours and multiple calls and emails to the management company to achieve this because the manual provided listed the main electrical fuse box in the wrong place - on a wall near the bottom of the access stairs when it should have said on an outside wall of the downstairs apartment in their private garden. Once found restarting the oven had no effect. No model number was provided for the oven or any of the appliances and the management company, AIr Keeper did not know what they were. I had to send photos and they searched the internet for clock resetting instructions. The first set they sent was for a completely different appliance. Eventually they found and emailed me a jpg of the relevant manual page. This was totally unacceptable.
Summary: Potentially an excellent property, in a great location, that was poorly presented and badly cleaned

Negative: It’s advertised as an entire house. It is not it’s an upstairs apartment with a steep long flight of stairs For the price the apartment could provide hand towels , face flannel, bin liners , dishwasher tablets and even a chux wipe. None of these were supplied.
Summary: It’s in a top spot but overpriced for what it is.it isnt an entire house its the upper floor of one house
