Beach Villa II is the east of two modern seafront 4-bedroom villas each with a private pool, only 30 meters away from the lovely mixed sandy and shingle beach of Tavronitis. The picturesque town of Chania can be found at 25 km east.
An open plan area with a living room corner with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table are provided on the pool floor. One bedroom with two bunk-beds and a common bathroom with washing machine are also available on this floor.
Two bedrooms with one double bed and one en-suite bathroom each, as well as one bedroom with two bunk-beds are provided on the upper floor. Wireless internet is provided free of charge. Air-condition is every bedroom is offered as well.
Beach Villa II has a private pool of about 40 sq m with sun loungers and umbrellas. A ping-pong and a barbecue corner are also provided in the courtyard of the Villa.
All guests can enjoy a few seaside local taverns at about 300 meters away. Summary: We had a great time at this home. We were two families each with two kids between the ages of 8 and 12.Pros:1. The house is walking distance to a few restaurants as well as a little town with a small store, coffee shop, etc (about a 15 minute walk).2. The home was as advertised: two rooms for the adults and two rooms (each with bunks) for the kids.3. The outdoor area with the pool was fantastic. The kids swam every day in a nicely heated pool.Cons (all communicated to the owner who will make adjustments):1. The house isn’t (or wasn’t) stocked with some basic necessities such as laundry detergent, certain kitchen utensils and common cooking items (oil, etc.). We ran to the store to stock up on these items but it would have been nice to not have had to worry about it after traveling all the way from the US.2. The beach next to the home is beautiful but it was quite rocky and also very choppy meaning that our kids weren’tcomfortable swimming there. The pool was so nice (and we went and visited other beaches) so it all worked out but it is worth noting.All in all, though, I would stay here again if we were to visit!

Summary: Just a perfect stay, and both the house and location is exactly as the pictures show in the listing. The beach is quiet and located just 100 m from the property, but full unlimited view with no houses in front of the property. The pool is amazing, and the house is great. Have absolutely everything you need for a great stay. Also liked that there is 300 meters to the closest taverna, with great food and friendly waiters. Several other restaurants within 1km from the house. Would recommend to anyone who would like an amazing house and location.
