Summary: This rental was great! Rental was for the 2nd floor of the house, with the third floor being another rental. The front portion of the house (which faces the ocean) is a nonprofit art museum open to the public (Miwok Gallery) The rental was extremely clean with comfy beds and plenty of extra blankets and bedding. There is on demand hot water and lots of windows. All in all, this was a great experience and I would look to rent again if I’m ever in the area.

Summary: Great location and view but very disappointed to lean the top balcony was reserved for the penthouse guests only, that was a bit vague. There could have been a few more essentials provided in the house also would have been nice .
