Summary: Wonderful view from the porch of this stay. House was well stocked and had everything we needed. Great location, we were close to everything. Excellent response time and communication from the host. We had a great time, and will hopefully be staying here again in the future.

Summary: The location was a nice place across from the beach. But the place needs a over all intense cleaning. There was a were bags of clothing and puzzle in bags left out in the dining room area. Food was left in the refrigerator. Had to clean out refrigerator. Bathrooms had to be cleaned. Bathtub had to be cleaned. Had to remove toiletries that we

Summary: This place was great. The beach was right across the road (a busy one, but still) and the house was good. We had 5 of us, so it was cozy but we still had room to sit in the living and chat or sit on the porch and hang out or eat at the dining table together. Would go again.

Summary: Stayed with my 3 kids during a week in August. Cottage has a washer, dryer, and plenty of beach equipment (chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, toys). Partial view of the ocean with a couple of beach access points less than a 5 min walk to the north or south. Nice outdoor shower under the stairs and 2 small charcoal grills to use. Would recommend.

Summary: Great location!! Very short walk to beach access. If you are looking for a newly renovated house, this is not for you. It's a cozy lived in type setting. Had everything we needed though. Make sure to take sheets and towels as description reads. Had a blast beachin it everyday!!
