Positive: Property is good for a person who has a personal transport, if not - closest shop or pharmacy is 30 minutes walk on the road, if it’s after sunset it’s a dark road. Otherwise it’s quite, close to the beach ( quite beach) the cleaner lady is offering her service every day, including laundry if you wish.
Negative: Location as a solo traveler without a transport.
Summary: Need a personal transport for better experience.
