Negative: There was not any transparency when booking. We purchased 'pet friendly' accommodation and expected that the normal bedding would be included when we booked. We were however advised after having already booked that we would need to pay an extra $30 for bedding and towels. The only option to pay was over the phone and we did not feel comfortable paying to a stranger over the phone so ended up having to take our own bedding and towels. For the price of the accommodation, we would have expected linen to be included. The main doona cover was available which made us wonder if they wash the doona and don't wash the pillow cases and bottom sheets between guests. We were also concerned about the risk of bed bugs. Secondly, and most frustrating of all, the day before our trip we got an email to inform us that the dog friendly accommodation would allow pets OUTSIDE ONLY (they started it in capital letters). This of course is misleading and not pet friendly.

Positive: Great location very close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Spacious living/dining area with lots of kitchen utensils and cooking appliances. Ample car parking space. Pets were happy in the lovely yard with secure fencing. Foxtel to watch the footy! Loved the concrete floors.
