Positive: The location was great. Although across the street from the beach, we had a great view of the ocean, and easy access to the beach. The fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. The unit had all the necessary ammenities, including plenty of kitchen utensils.

Negative: The coded lock assembly didn't work, and we struggled to get in. We finally got hold of Vacasa, and they gave us the lockbox code, and we used an actual key for the remainder of the stay. The beds, although generally comfortable, could use a soft mattress topper.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely consider another stay here in the future.

Positive: The location perfect - view of the ocean with access across the street and walkable to coffee and Nye Beach. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The enclosed backyard was an added bonus for dogs.

Positive: Very convenient location, right across the street from the beach. There is a trail straight to the beach. Very cute place!

Negative: The couch/pull out bed was not very comfortable.

Summary: I would suggest this place to any of my friends that would like a convenient, cute little place.

Negative: wasn’t very clean when we got there, sand and dog hair everywhere, I expected more for how expensive it is

Negative: The bedroom on the right smelt like cat urine. My friend and I are highly allergic to cats. It made the room limited for us.
