Positive: Location was ok easy access and house is lovely and very good equipped,👍 the hot tub has cool lights🥰
Negative: The house is clean clean and cozy 😍 bath tub could use a good scrub kitchen sink and appliances need extra attention to make them looks nice and clean

Positive: The house is very spacious. Just to explain the set up of the home to help others since I thought it was different based on pictures. It’s a 3 level home with 4 bedrooms to sleep. bottom floor / entrance to the home- has a bedroom - queen size bed, gym & bathroom (door in the gym room to get to the hot tub) 2nd level- kitchen, dining room, game room- half bath, living room with a balcony. (No rooms for sleeping on this floor) 3rd level- 3 bedrooms, laundry room and bathrooms) All rooms are ok size. Room 1 - Master room: definitely spacious with king size bed/ walk in closet that had plenty of blankets and a bathroom in the bedroom. Room 2- king size bed. Room 3- bunk beds (small room) with kids toys in the closet. I would absolutely recommend this property. It was clean and spacious. The hot tub was dirty (apparently from the previous renters according to the management company) we didn’t have to call since the next day the management co just showed up to check the hot tub and he cleaned it so we could use it that evening. The property is actually a condo since attached to another unit. It’s next to a church that might be abandoned or closed due to Covid but homeless sleeping in the doorway of church- they never bothered us but I did notice in the morning when I went onto the balcony. I never heard the residence in the Next door unit but I could hear the dog barking that was on their patio. We didn’t actually use anything in the kitchen but it definitely seemed to have everything needed if you wanted to cook. We rented this house for a two family beach trip and it worked out perfectly for both of our families.
