Summary: Room and view were amazing! Location was 5 star! Clean and welcoming. The only complaint I have is Sadly the large jetted tub was not working … (the main reason I booked this room due to my back problems) I reported the problem to the front desk the morning of the 2nd day, and unfortunately the information was not shared and my tub was never checked by maintenance. I followed up again that same night and the front help (office) apologized and said this information was never shared with her and gave 10% off my stay. Other than the jetted tub not working, my complaint not being addressed, and the WiFi in and out making it hard to watch a movie… The stay was wonderful and beautiful. We would love to come back again!

Summary: This was a very expensive room and I had NO AC OR HEAT during a 80+ degree weekend! The room was advertised as having both- but my wall unit was not working. The staff did not tell me in advance of checkin and only offered me $50 credit, which I NEVER would have booked in the first place because I only book rooms that have AC and Heat - especially at this premium price. This was my 40th birthday and they ruined my stay by not fixing the issue or giving more of a credit. Based on what I was told this was a very well known issue and they are just choosing not to fix. "Yeah that room it doesn't work"... The windows were also nailed shut. The location/view was great. The stairs had no carpet. Would not stay again. Not worth the price.
