Summary: I've been renting thru VRBO for over 18 years. This place ranks ay the top. Location can't be beat. Steps to the beach . short walk to Bearskin Neck with shopping, galleries and restaurants.House was plenty large for 10 of us. Kitchen was a dream, everything you would need.A word about our host, Tim. He was there at check in to explain everything. He was very attentive. I had 2 minor hiccups that he took care of immediately.Family liked rental so much, I have already booked for next year

Summary: My Wife and I stayed here with our 3 adult Children and their SO's. There was plenty of common space, a great kitchen, private bathrooms for each room and a stunning view of the beach and ocean from the porch and 2 of the bedrooms. It was easy to walk to town for shopping and food. Everyone had a great time.

Summary: This house is located in such a great area of Rockport. It’s close to the beach and the train station. Our family’s home was less than a mile from this house which made it very convenient to visit them. This VRBO house has the best display of different artists in the area. It should be declared an art museum.There is a bathroom for every bedroom. The owner greeted us and gave a great tour of the house and left a great book with ideas for touring, restaurant ideas and indicated free wifi password. It was one of the best homes I’ve ever stayed in with VRBO. A must stay in Rockport.

Summary: This was an amazing place!! The location was spectacular! We walked into the home and the atmosphere was so charming and inviting. We all had plenty of space. Perfect for a larger group of people and they were wonderful hosts!! We had such a memorable time here!!

Summary: From the moment you park your car at this home, you will know you made a great choice. The beach view from the living room is spectacular. That is just a start. In our case, the owner, Tim, was there to give us a home tour. The home is filled with original local art, including that our favorite artist, Don Mosher's work. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years. No home has the character and provisions of this home. Each of the four bedrooms on the second has a private bathroom, plus a full bath on the main floor. Tim has thought of all the little details - like Kleenex in all the rooms. He was equally available with local advice during our stay. If we could give this home a 5+, we would do it. Yes, the property and owner's attention were over the top!
