Note: Please be aware we do not provide generators in event of power outage. Beautiful, comfortable beach house in a private gated community. It is a 15-minute walking distance to El Malecon de Patillas (Beach), where you can enjoy jet skiing, paddleboarding, live music, food, and drinks. It is excellent for nightlife, sunrise, and sunset. The house offers a quiet place for great short vacations or long stays. Upon your check-in, you will be provided with an electronic key that will provide you access to the community, the community pool, and the beach.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. ONLY the 3 bedrooms have an A/C unit
2. We do not provide generators in case of a power outage.
3. Parking - Only provide parking for 2 cars.
4. Important Note about Supply items: a. We only provide a limited amount of basic items for the first 3 days of your reservation. Only provide a limited amount of toilet paper, dishwasher soap, and shampoo. b. We do not provide laundry soap. There is a store close by the house where guests can buy those items if needed, and while driving toward the house, there is a Walmart store.

Because Puerto Rico is a small island, you can get around by car to just about any destination within 1 to 2 hours. Here in Patillas, you are on the southeastern tip of the island, surrounded by Caribbean beaches. Relax and enjoy your home away from home.
It is completely furnished with full-size kitchen appliances, 3 bedrooms with A/C, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen-dining room, and a living room that can accommodate 7 people. The house is 5 minutes from El Bajo Beach and has plenty of local authentic Puerto Rican restaurants, so if you don’t feel like cooking, no problem.

Since we are family-owned, we can offer better rental rates that are ‘guaranteed’ so we can pass on the savings to our clients. Since I am from Patillas and have a large extended family in the immediate area, we offer you a large network of friendly and efficient professional maintenance crew that can quickly respond to your issues if they appear.

Summary: The house is comfortable, its location at the corner allows you to enjoy the ocean breeze all the time, and you will not need AC during the day. It has a nice area outside to hang out or to enjoy a BBQ and the neighborhood is very quiet. The property manager lives nearby and he is very responsive if you need anything. Loved this place.
