A contempory design by architect James Grose but mellowed by time, this multi level Beach House is located on the fringes of the sand dunes at beautiful Tura Beach/Short Point Beach.
The property offers direct beach access to the ocean via the back gate with no roads to cross.
Swim, surf, fish, soak up the sun or stroll to Tura Headland, Back Lake or Short Point.
Beach House One is fully equipped for your comfort.
FIRST FLOOR:
The master bedroom (king sized bed) with Walk in Wardrobe has an ensuite with bath/shower overlooking a native planted back garden and grassed area.
A second bedroom (King single bed with pull out single bed) is adjacent to the main bathroom and the foyer.
SECOND FLOOR:
The upstairs dining/kitchen/living/balcony area has beautiful ocean views with all 4 walls being louvered windows or glass sliding doors to capture the sea breezes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele walloven, ceramic cooktop & dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery and everything you could need to cook up a storm. Plenty of elbow room with an 8 seater dining table or eat outdoors on the balcony and experience amazing sunrises.
A relaxing lounge has a LCD flat screen TV with FREE WIFI and access to Foxtel Netflix, Kao, Amazon Prime & Disney plus. A book collection, board & card games is yours for those laze about times.
GROUND LEVEL: undercover parking for 2 cars, full laundry facilities (washing machine, dryer & outdoor line) next to a level grassed backyard with an outdoor shower.
The back gate opens onto a cleared walkway with direct beach access.

Tura Beach is only a 5 minute drive from central Merimbula, which is located on the Sapphire Coast of NSW; almost halfway between Melbourne & Sydney.

Summary: A great base for our south coast adventures, with everything you could possibly need. Even just being in the house was a joy; great views from the living area, and waking up to the sound of the ocean was magic.

Summary: The house backs directly onto the beach. 2 minutes walk from the back gate and you're there! Close to Merimbula, and not too far from Bega, if you want to do some shopping. Wifi and Netflix was a nice addition, but no DVD player even though there was a selection of movies. Cleanliness of the house was excellent, but we found several of the dishes needed to be washed again before use. Overall: 4 stars. Would stay again.
