Summary: Pros: Hello. We have had a fantastic week in Guardamar. The house we have rented has a lovely location right by the beach. Many Many beautiful terraces, so we will be happy to return. This is the second time we rent the house.

Summary: Pros: Hemos estado muy bien en la casa, es grande, reformada, con casi todas las comodidades, los propietarios encantados y siempre dispuestos a resolver cualquier problema. El aire acondicionado en las habitaciones fenomenal con el calor que hacía allí. Todo muy limpio y nuevo. Por poner algún pero, aconsejaría aire acondicionado en el salón, luz en el solarium de la planta alta pues no pudimos usarla por las noches por la oscuridad y televisión con canales españoles. Por lo demás, muy recomendable

Summary: Pros: Great family accommodation close to the beautiful beach so easy with little ones to pop back to if needed. Travel cot and high chair provided. Lovely terraces and patio areas to sunbathe and eat meals. Everything you could need in the modern kitchen and really comfy beds!

Summary: Pros: Wir waren für 12 Tage mit 4 Personen Gast in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Es fehlt an nichts, das Haus liegt 50 m vom Strand und ist mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Wer sich hier nicht wohlfühlt macht irgend etwas falsch. Die Übergabe durch Rogier Bruijns konnte schon um 12.30 Uhr erfolgen und war problemlos. Das Haus wurde im Frühjahr renoviert und lässt keine Wünsche offen. In allen drei Schlafzimmer gibt es Klimaanlage, es TV-Sat mit etlichen deutschen Programmen . WLAN in vorzüglicher Qualität ist vorhanden. Die einzige Überlegung die uns ein wenig beschäftigte war, weshalb man bei der Renovierung nicht auch dem Wohnbereich mit der Küche eine Klimaanlage gegönnt hat. Aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen!
